Haven't tried downloading it in a while, but I haven't had problems any of the times I've opened it on any of my machines in the past.

The manual is a PDF file and you should open it easily if your PDF reader is up to date. It's a freeware, so you can get it easily

I upgraded Adobe to 8.1 and now I can not open the manuals from any games from the game screen. I have to open Adobe and use the file function.
