Scrolling request

Two things I'd like to see in the future
1. Ability to change the speed of scrolling.
2. Ability to remove the pause before the game starts scrolling (you need to leave the mouse at windows edge for a second before it starts).
Mouse maniacs like myself would prefer to be able to kick off scrolling instantly, and to wizz around as we wish
