I just downloaded BOA today. When I tried to open the program, I received an error message saying "your serial number has not the expected length. Enter your serial number, exactly as it is written on your validation card, underscores included."

I have not entered any code and can't open up the program. Any help is appreciated.

If you purchased the download version then you should've been given the serial number in the online receipt. The serial number appears once again in the invoice sent to you via email. Just cut and paste it in.
