BoA in Steam - Crash at Startup -> kernel32.dll

Hello, I have a problem with Birth of America in Steam, because if I begin to play, the Game Crash at Startup.

I found a Message in the Eventmanager:

Fehlgeschlagene Anwendung BoA.exe, Version 1.0.9.0, fehlgeschlagenes Modul kernel32.dll, Version 5.2.3790.2756, Fehleradresse 0x00015e02.

I would like to play the Game on my Windows Server 2003.

How can I fix this problem without exchange the kernel32.dll.

Sadly, the lead developper is in vacation for a week.

Have you activated DirectX under your 2003 server ?

Yes, DirectX 9.0c Redist August 2006 ist installed, and DirectDraw, Direct3D and AGP are activated.

Hi,

I have returned from vacation, so if you want to send your dxdiag to support@ageod.com ...

We do not support officially windows 2003 though, because this kind of problem, but we will look for any possible solution anyway.

I've send the dxDiag LogFiles as Text and XML File to the Support
