Invalid Serial Number

I received the CD today and Installed the game. When asked for the "Serial Number", i type it in and get a "Invalid Serial Number" Message.
I'm using the highlited number on the receipt. I am typing it in EXACTLY as it appears and still get the same error. I've done this now 20 times.
Evidently I was sent either the wrong CD or Wrong Serial Number.
My Order Number is 2006-00406 Ordered on May 26th
