CW2 - PBEM, looking for reliable experienced Union player

Hi folks,
I am looking for a PBEM-Partner to play the Union in a April61-Grand Campaign in CW2.
You should be reliable, even if the tide turns against you, as I lost several PBEM-partners because of that and other reasons and had to broke off AARs I invested loads of time in.
The game should not go on too quick (about 3-4 turns per Week max), as I would like to write another AAR in the german sigames-forum, my virtual home.
Houserules should be to enable historical gameplay and to prevent exploits or crazy actions.
