Civil War II: Wanted Unionist Opponent

Hello, I am new to AGEOD and CW2. Although I have played PBEM games since the early 90s. Very quick at learning. I am interested in an ethical and devoted opponent. Not one that is not interested in continuing and gives no reason all the sudden walks out on you. : ) If you're beaten throw in the towel yes but don't just go without explanation.
