I have just bought all of the AGEOD ancient titles based on the AJE and I'd like to find an opponent to set up a PBEM game. I have slight experience with RUS, but I am working as we speak to improve my skills - not dreaming about getting a bashing early on from a vet so if aa vet I'd like something with an upper hand for me and / or a similarly (non-) skilled (yet) opponent.
I am up for either of the Punic Wars as Carthage, Parthian Wars as the Parthian empire, Pyrrhic victories as Epirus , Illyrian War or the Gauls, be it Gaesates or Cantabrian Wars for instance as the tribal side for a relatively fast gameplay, generally to play against Rome, but might consider switching sides if necessary. Optional settings to be discussed. Mail me if interested and / or reply here. The turn rate yet to be seen, depending on a scenario.

Judging by the sheer number of posts You'd kill me with your experience and expertise so here's the counterproposal - since I don't have either Hannibal or BOR yet, but I am going to buy both ( hey, it's my birthday tomorrow! yeah, thanks a lot ) and would like to start with the 1st Punic War would you be up for the long campaign as Rome first?

I now happen to have both BOR and HTOR, just for the sake of accuracy.
