Is looked an expert Yankee opponent. ACW April 61 campaign / Kentucky. PBEM slow.

Hi, I´m a very expert Player, and I´m looking for a very expert Yankee, for an april 1861 campaign whit Kentucky. The patch 1.15.
I can play one or two turns in week, maybe more.
Settings should be: No Leaders Redeployment; The campaign will be April 1861 /Kentucky, but the hostilities would begin at July late, 1861, except in Fort Sumter, Norfolk and Harper´s Ferry (as in the campaign of July).
I´m open for other settings or houserules; and the host, however you want, if you like I'd be happy to host, and if you prefer, you can do it.
I am spanish, and my level of player is high, but my level of English is low.
