Opponent needed for triangle play

Me and my buddy andatiep need one more player to play in "triangle" style.
Something very similar like ACW tournament and would look like this:
I play against andatiep and 3rd player hosts the game
I play against 3rd player and andatiep hosts
andatiep plays against 3rd player and I host their game
So player that would accept to play would play 2 games and host 3rd one. Same as me and andatiep.
Reqs:
We play by following rules:

I would like to play as Union and I guess andatiep does not have any preferences.
This would be my 2nd pbem and andatieps 4th I think.
We would like to play a minimum 2 turns per week.

P.S. We would prefer older member of this forum so we can get some kind of assurance that he will stick to the end of the all 3 games.
