Looking for USA opponent

I would called myself medium level if nine CSA PBEM:
3 wins 2 lost 2 incomplete (not my fault) and one on going game

Version 1.13b vanilla

FOG
historical generals
foreign intervention hard
standard navy
you can host- I trust you.
either attrition option

I don't normally use redeploys- I only use it if a CSA general appears at Richmond after it has fallen- otherwise it is foot, boat or train for me.

I don't try to exploit the UI by wriggling units between inactive/active leaders, swarms of entrenching militias, etc.

I'm open to any house rules or suggestions you might have. I prefer a competitive style leaning towards a historical game (whatever that elusive thing is).

I can do one turn a day.

thanks

Hi BI,

I just play atm a PBEM (CSA side) against M3D and I would like to see the other side of the game.

I'm a true noobie in PBEM and AACW (just try 1 campaign against AI - also CSA side), but i'm a long experienced wargamer and I wish it'll gives U some challenge :neener:

I'm OK with your personal wishes for this game. I let U host if you're Okay to play against me. For the attrition, I play with the harder one but you're free to choose the other proposition. I dont redeploy unit or leader, with just your own exception (leaders popping in an ennemy area)

Just send me the first turn if you agree, or a pm to decline my offer :)

Hi folks,

As a general aside I've played Big Ideas. He's an honourable opponent who plays a very mean CSA game. I kid you not when I say that he's quite tenacious and formidable and he does not quit. I'd recommend a game with him to anyone.

If you are lucky enough to play him PascalB.....you will have your work cut out ;)

Well I think Soundoff is a little too generous with his praises. Any and all credit should go to you who patiently played out our game. You could have demanded my surrender at anytime. And your strategy was well executed as always. If they make a comedy version of AACW- then AGEOD could use my orders for the script for all the mistakes I made.
