New abilities suggestions

Well more of a reminder for later patches as Pocus has already a lot to do.

I have been compiling 1/3 of the generals or so and I felt two abilities are missed:

- Bad temper: The General is having problems with his hierarchy. This could could result in him getting less bonus from the command structure, or just be a variation of Quickangered.

- First liner (?): The General is with his men leading personnaly the fights. Slight bonus in battle, but greater risk to get killed.

Thoughts?

both make sense to me.... we have plenty of generals that could use either trait
