I don't know much about this guy and can't find much on the internet. He was wounded four times at Wilson's creek and got a brigade afterwards. He commanded a division at Perryville and was involved in the Anderson mutiny at the end of 1862. He commanded the cavalry corps of the Army of the Cumberland at Chickamauga. He was in Nebraska in the summer of 1864.That's about it. I think his stats should be lowered some unless someone has more info about him. I wouldn't think that a highly regarded cavalry commander would've been sent to Nebraska. Perhaps he got on Grant's bad side.

Cavalryman means that he is an exceptionnal Cavalry Commander. Otherwise a Cav commander is just supposed to be higher than average for the strat rating, representing his ability to lead mobile troops.
