1. Is there any particular reason for the "5" strategic rating? He seems like he falls under the solid, yet unspectacular category. 3/2/2 seems appropriate. Any thoughts?

2. Is there any particular reason for the "Artillerist" trait, other than the fact that he served in 3rd U.S. Artillery in the pre-war army? (this trait gives a bonus to the entire stack that he's in....is that appropriate?)

For AACW II, if it comes about, I think Stewart should get the Defensive_engineer rating. He was a military engineer and well respected for his engineering abilities. A.S. Johnston had wanted him to take charge of building the forts protecting the center of Johnston's Tennessee line, but instead Jefferson Davis ordered Tilghman to do it and he proved to be not up to the task.

Things at Donelson and Ft. Henry may have gone different or not ever built if Stewart had had the responsibility.
