Edward Johnson - needed for 1863 Gettysburg ANV OOB?

I understand there are time constraints with the artwork, but wouldn't you need him for the 1863 Gettysburg Confederate Order of Battle?
(He was a division commander in the II Corps...his division had the Stonewall Brigade. By the way, I'm just guessing that you will have a Gettysburg Campaign scenario included...I may be way off base)
