Supply Distribution

Hi folks, I still have some confusion over supply distribution. Can anyone tell me if the following is true?
If I have a port on a river that generates say 10 supply per turn itself it will also receive whatever supply is being pushed overland and by river using the riverine transport pool.
If the river is blocked downstream it will only get the 10 it generates + the supplies pushed overland.
If the port is blockaded it will only get 50% of the 10 it generates + the supplies pushed overland.
If I have a coastal port that generates say 10 supply per turn itself it will also receive a % of whatever supply is being pushed overseas using the naval transport pool.
If the coastal port is blockaded it will only get 50% of the 10 it generates and nothing from overseas.
Supply coming from overseas accumulates at coastal ports before the surplus is pushed up river and overland. If there were no friendly coastal ports the supply would be lost.
Cheers, Chris
