Is there a link to download 1.09e again? The 1.09e thread only has a link to the latest patch 1.10. :bonk:

Unforunately no. I am away on business using a different computer for several weeks.

What is the problem with 1.10? I am new to the game and have not noticed a problem yet. :bonk:

I downloaded 1.09a fromt the link you posted. Would I be better served to uninstall and go back to 1.09a?

Thanks.

Thanks, I just went and read through the 1.10 thread. Bummer that somethings are improved and others broken in the patch. It makes choosing which version to play a bit more of a choice. Given folks who know the game, which I don't yet; are recommending 1.09e I think I will revert until 1.10 is fixed.

Do you know, do I need to uninstall and update to get to 1.09e or can I just execute 1.09e over my current 1.10? Thanks.

I strongly disagree with the line of reasoning in this thread. :grr:
As far as I know, 1.10 has 2 bugs:
- Understrength divisions might get "unwanted" replacements
- River crossings can not be blocked by ships.

I argue that to a beginner and even to most of the average AACW players, playing against the AI, these flaws are minor and almost irrelevant, when put in perspective against the many benefits brought by 1.10, specially the huge improvement of the AI.

So, I would certainly NOT advice going back to 1.09e

:siffle:
I don't see any posts in here advising players to go back to 1.09e. If some pblem players would like to revert to the previous patch, until the issues are resolved, the link is posted above. Thank you again Gray!

Athena just did an RR repair in my latest game - thats 1:10 patch used but her RR repairs seem sporadic but it is better than before when it did none - or so it seemed to me.

I had thought in the 1.10 thread that I read that some reinforcement brigades that were created by the Union player were not appearing. That would be a major bug it seems to me. Did I misunderstand?

I am sorry I didn't understand the bug that:
"under strength divisions may get unwanted replacements"

If it is not too much trouble would you mind explaining the bug for a beginer?
