Icons Over Units

What do the icons above the units represent? The one I'm most puzzled about is the second one in the picture below.

First one is posture (passive in this case).
Second is that the unit is either pursuing an enemy or linking up with a friendly unit.
Third is that the unit is set to evade enemies.

The posture is defensive, passive is green.

I thought second one was "no forced march allowed"....no? I've always thought it strange to see on ship units...would make more sense with your answer...

the stamp look could use a specific version for ships, true.
