John, we have replied to you by email directly as late as yesterday. Haven't you received our email ?

As we said, it is more than likely that your game was lost in the post office (or maybe stolen) because it is indeed long overdue.

We were offering you either to resend one at our cost or refund you. Thanks to give me your choice by return in a PM here if the mail does not work.
