Newbie Questions

Why when RE Lee appears is he always locked in Richmond. I cannot move him. Also Cooper disappears? As, I try and make one star Generals into Division Commanders, the promotion doesnt stick. The next turn they are not Division Commanders. What went wrong? Last question. Where are the CP points in a stack listed?

- Lee is released by event some time in 1862, if he hasn't been attacked.
- If you make a general a division commander without adding any units, he'll loose the division-status by the next round
- CP's are listed both in the tooltip that pops up whenyou hover the mouse over a stack's tab, and in the tooltip when you hover the mouse over the envelope in the upper right part of the unit display

I had the same issue with the division commanders. Maybe it isn't spelled out by the numbers in the manual.
After you appoint the activated division commander via action button (and assuming you have the money and supplies to pay for the action) you click on the commander, then CTRL click one or more units in his stack (or area?). You then hit another action button that joins them, and you have a division.
