Hi,

I was playing the 1862 campaign last night, and tried to send PGT Beauregard to New Orleans and Joe Johnston to Charleston to take command of those regions. I'd like to establish them as Army Commanders (they're both 3-stars), but I can't figure out how to do that for the life of me. Are the number of armies fixed? If not, how does one produce an Army HQ to allow the establishment of a proper army for these generals?

You need to build HQs from your Reinforcement Pool - under SUPPORT. If none are available, order one up from the Replacements screen.

I am not positive about this, but I think the CSA is limited to 4 armies.
