Absolutely stupendous! I have been waiting for you fine Frenchmen;and Ladies; to give Napoleon the AGEOD treatment. I didn't expect it to happen this soon though, so this is quite a nice surprise. Vive le plus fort! Vive la France! :dada:

Wow, nice map area, heck nice map anything!

Have you started beta already (looking at the advancement of the graphics I'd expect yes), if not I'd be interested (with hundreds of others I fear).

Wow!

Finally a Napoleonics Game that I know I am going to like! England certainly looks like an interesting invasion destination...

That is also a very good map.

Napoleon building a chunnel tunnel would be the only chance.

I am wondering about the scale of the map. Regions in BOA are very small-perhaps around 20 miles. I wonder if the Napoleonics game will be at substantially the same scale or quite a bit larger.

The link is not working for me. Is it working for anyone else?

Slightly larger...you may not see it now, but the map is huge (bigger than ACW and at least twice as large as BOA) :tournepas

This can't be released soon enough! A Napoleonic strategy game designed by the talent behind BOA and AACW.

Nirvana! :coeurs:

Very nice map, looks like a lot of provinces. I don't supose you could give info on province count, factions, will there be dipomacy, any other tidbits. I would like to see elevation implemented.

I would think that there would have to be a rather intricate system to reflect the Napoleonic-era political morass...

Indeed a wonderful map and as a game a must-have for me because I am very interested in Napoleonic Warfare since I started reading history books with a book about Napoleon from Vincent Cronin at the age of ten. I will buy it unseen and hope for a box edition from start. :coeurs: .

congratulations to you and your amazing work

First stage of the game will be entirely operational -- the invasion of Russia, the Spanich campaign etc. At a later stage they are planning to add on diplomacy and the more strategic/political factors -- Pocus mentions this early in this thread.

yes, we prefer to progress slowly but rightly when it comes to adding 'modules' to the engine. But believe me, when you see the sheer size of russia and the crazy detailed OOB the testers are agregating from tons of books and internet references, you can almost says that the major campaigns are games in a game here.
