I have noticed a minor display problem whenever you make a draft, political or financial choice. When you look at the Reinforcments, Replacements, Economics and Loyalties screens, the morale and victory points gain/loss are shown opposite what they should be in the planned balance. For example when you choose a tax option you see a positive gain of morale and victory points instead of a loss. When you choose to embargo cotton you see a loss of morale and victory points.

GOOD news is the effects are correctly carried out just the planned balance is shown incorrectly.

In addition to this, when I elect to sign the Emancipation Proclamation, not only does the -150 Victory Points and -5 National Morale show up on the Reinforcement screen but I also get an additional 999 Thousand dollars in my balance.

If the negative points are showing up incorrectly, does this also mean that the $999k is also an error? Just want to know before I try to spend that money.

no the 999 should not appears, this is a 'magical value' meaning something else. You won't spend anything signing the paper
