I know the lights on the commanders base on the map indicate how many units are there but what does the difference in color mean. Couldn't find it in the manual. Thanks.

The more red, the worst the units shape (poor cohesion, men losses, bad morale, etc...). Green is good. Yellow is average.

When you are in supply layer then those colors will mean that your men have enough supplies if green or if red that they are missing supplies.
