Ironclads Around Cape Hatteras

I noticed in my current game Union Ironclads are unable to navigate past Cape Hatteras in NC. WAD or bug?

Are you sure this was a map bug and not an attempt to avoid the same tragic fate as the original monitor? Afterall, where did it sink?

not this is not done on purpose, you should be able to send ironclads build in NY (for example) down to the forts in the Hatteras.
Wreckage of flatirons by sea is not yet implemented, but this is on our internal wish list.
