Question: McDowell has 5 divisions, no corps in July 61. If I want to move this force I have to move McDowell and each division separately ?? The synchronize movement does not work with divisions ?? Correct ??

OK, I think I see. If you don't form a corp, you can merge divisions into the army and then they move with it, correct ??

Correct. Synch move only works with an Army/Corps stack in the same area.
