It has a rather lower price there than it does for the actual order page itself though (26.38 CA vs 39.99).

Any light on this, AEGOD? What's supposed to be the actual price?

Well, has anybody an idea what I should do now ? My download stop for any reason and I do not have gotten an order confirmation E-Mail.

Is there any possibility to start the download a second time ?

I've tried twice and keep geting an "order canceled" message.



EDIT -- For some reason it won't take my Mastercard (which is a debit card). I tried a Visa card and it worked fine.

Judging from other peoples experiences, you should eventually get your game. You may have to wait until morning, Paris time, for the AGEOD guys to work on it. Usually they call the e-vendor, who looks through his credit card records and allow you to redownload.

Great news! Although my wife is looking at me funny. Guess the rebel yell scared her a bit.

Hasardeur, did you try clicking the download again? Just for a test I tried it after mine was done and it would let me download again.

Well, it works, Mine is installed, Looks sweet, and the music is awesome! Now I need to go to bed, itd late and I have to work in the morning. Well, maybe I will just check it out a little.

In theory you could download as many times you want.

Nice idea, but I was a bit optimistic and have closed the order side after download has started.

I have tried to start the source side of the download window again, but I get no connection - very strange.

I think, the best will be to go to bed again (here, it is 4.41am) and hope for a solution to come tomorrow.

Yeah, that stinks, but I can almost guarantee you the Ageod guys can help you when they get into the office.

Pocus was right, he said not after the anniversary. I had about 6 hours to spare.
Messing with the interface now, this is sweet, thanks Ageod. Been waiting a long time for a great strategic level ACW game.

Game is downloaded and 99% installed, but I'm still waiting on the e-mail with serial number!!

Downloading now...8:19 PM PST...got email instantly and have 13% in 5 minutes .

I don't think they take any debit card. My Mastercard debit card didn't work either.

I used a Visa Debit/Check Card.

There were two Visa options, try both.

It's possible the problem is with your bank. Give them a call as at times their security measures raise a red flag if something out of the ordinary comes up... say like a sudden charge from france.

Puh, now my download works fine - problem solved

I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO STOP PURCHASING TILL THE NEXT 3 HOURS

In fact there was a mistake in some links at our e-vendor site and some clever guys were allowed to start downloading and buying the game by bypassing the entry from our own site (not activated yet) thanks to BOA purchase, which allowed them internally to "link" to the ACW sale platform.

In other words, you can get access to purchase functions and buy our game, BUT all key functionalities are not totally operational and you might get into trouble receiving the correct info on the game (config) or your purchase (serial key, invoice).

Please keep your patience for another 3 hours.

Our working day just started and we shall fix it right now...
