Terrain effects

Is there a detailed list of the terrain effects anywhere on the forums? i would like to find out more about the frontage limits, combat modifiers etc, but can only find partial info.

The most detailed list would be the excel matrix on all things related to terrain, but beware, you must love to crunch numbers and analyze them

Sounds wonderful - where do we/I find this excel matrix? Apologies if it's somewhere obvious and I have missed it in my excitement.
