Which use have signal units or medical units in the game?Where can I place them?

Signal units ease the command burden (Add CPs for stacks) and Medical units increase the recovery rate for units, they are usually placed with the HQs of armies and such.

they (for now) only act in the stack they are in (beside that this would be strange to have all corps benefit from a medical unit being in the army HQ stack). So you are advised to put them in some choosen corps. More decisions to make as they cost money and are not that numerous.
