Coastal war

I took today the "The coastal war" by Time Life books to read rapidly some coastal war actions and comparing with the forts seen in the AAR i noticed that :
1. Butler landed in Cape Hatteras and bombarded with a US flotilla Forts Hatteras and Clark on August 1861.
2. New Bern fall on march 1862 and fort Macon in April 1862.
3. Fort Pulaski fall on April 1862.
In the campaign starting in June 1861, most of these forts are already in Union hands. Is this corrected in the latest version ?
