modifying base data

Dear Pocus, is it possible to modify and change the base data for the CSA or the USA.Especially in the case of the CSA i want to modify the base data like money and war supplies.Can I give the CSA some Ironworks in Alabama,Georgia and Virginia and even some shipyards in Savannah, Charleston and Wilmington, too or can I influence the building of these in the economic overview??

Hi,
The economic overview purpose is to allow you to invest so to increase your economy.
As for modding, if you know how to edit an excel file, no problems in tweaking the starting data, we will send to anyone the scenarios XLS files. We even want to set up a contest with the winning modder (or modders, it will depend of the number of contesters) having a free BOA add-on (due 2-3 months after ACW, more later!) ...

excel 97 or later I think. Or Open Office etc.
