No Warning When Running a Turn Without Opponent's Move

I'm hosting a game, I have AI turned off and I managed to forget to put my opponent's move into the saved-game folder before hitting the run-turn button.
I assume that since the AI is turned off, that I didn't get the popup asking if the AI should take over, but is it WAD that no warning about the missing opponent's move was given?

No, I get the warning when I do that for tourney games. That is, if I try to execute the turn without both player's ORD files, the game asks me if I want to revert to the AI.

Hi LS, and you have AI turned off, un-clicked, sent to bed without a story, Athena's in the garden with

Adonis?
So that means, to insure that I don't accidentally run a turn without both orders being in place, I have to turn the AI on, although I don't want to even use the AI

I believe you are correct:
The AI-off switch supresses the warning.
AFAIK, the switch is more for debug/dev while testing bugs and events, so that Athena doesn't bollix up the test...

You don't have to put AI off when playing a PBEM...

I'll never put Athena

off again.

Nor Hell a Fury, like a Woman scorn'd.
