Funky AI movement?

Ok, I know the AI get's a bonus but does it get a movement bonus? It's April 62 and Sibley is wandering about in Missouri with a single brigade. He starts in Eire MO and moves to Perry MO in one turn ... 15 days. When I move a Union force of just one brigade commanded by Lyon from Eire to Perry it takes 23 days. Now I believe Jackson's Foot Cavalry might do this but ALL CSA units out march Union units??

The weather plays a huge role. Mud or blizzard really slows things down. If he got fair weather in all the regions of the march, he can move quickly. If you try to follow on the next turn and everything turns to mud, it can take twice as long or longer. Whether the stack commander is active or not also affects movement. Finally, raising the difficulty will make the AI faster.

It can also be based on the AI's difficulty level.
"AI on 'Hard' has some advantages: their units move slightly faster and they fight moderately better. The AI will receive more replacements and their leaders will have a +1 bonus to Strategic Ratings."
"AI on 'Very Hard' has big advantages: their units move faster and they fight better. The AI will receive much more replacements and their leaders will have a +2 bonus to Strategic Ratings."
Regards!
Edit:
Pat had already said it above, sorry for repeat it.

By the way the 'fight better' components have been entirely removed from the AI advantages list.

Hi
Philippe!
Do you mean in the 1.16rc4a patch? In the previous patches does it work yet, right?
Thanks in advance.
Greetings!
