Polk missing

Ive updated my game to 1.16r4 and wen i play 1861 grand campaign with or without kentucky polk doesnt show up at all why is this sum1 please help me folks

I am playing a game with that version right now. I believe he showed up in my current game in early July 61 at Memphis.

yeh ive found out it happens because i use the runyan leader mod 1.10 with the patch 1.16rc4 dunno wats causin polk not to turn up in the leader mod tho doin me head in lol

yeh may not wrk with 1.16rc4 that leader mod is for 1.10b is there a leader mod the same as that for 1.16rc4
