After the Confederate capture of Fort Sumter in the April 61 scenaro, is there a way to create a fort garrison for Sumter? There is a Fort Sumter garrison the the July 61 scenaro.

Thanks for the quick response Gray! I look forward to the impending patch release mid to late March.

Are there any other Forts that will spawn garrisons if captured or is it easier to just look in the event data file for arrivals?
