Hi Grey,
I posted the picture in my first thread. I only want to move the artillery unit that you see in the picture above out of the region..and it don`t works for a couple of turns now..it`s not interesting where I want to place the artillery..it don`t moves out of the region...and maybe is to say that the Artillery unit in picture above spawned there when the unit was ready.
I tryed now to move a general inside this Area where the artillery is but also no victory..I can`t enter the region.
Regards

Hi there Dudosh and Grey.... I might have an explanation to the unmoving Canon..... I am Dudoshes opponent in this game, what you cant see in Dudoshes screenshot is I have a Brig on the Lower Mississippi keeping an eye on New orleans.... could that be the reason why Dudoshes arty cant cross the river?
I am playing as the CSA in another Pbem and I have had no trouble sending canon to New orleans by that exact same route.....

Gray,
Dudosh is German. I know you're not getting all of the info you'd like, but I think there is something being lost in translation as well.

Dudosh,
Any offensive ship will block movement across a river. Unfortunaetly for you, you apparently can't see the brig with your units. Luckily for you your opponent told us about it. If you want to move into New Orleans, you will need to try a different path. You could move to an adjacent area, then corss the river. Then move to New Orleans on the east side of the river. Brigs have a high hide value, and you will probably need to move some ships into the area to see the Brig, or you could move a lot of Artillery (with a range of 6 or more).
