Updated leader list?

Is there an updated leader list out there somewhere?
The one I have came with the original download, I think, and it gave very helpful information on leaders' stats and the way they changed when they got promoted.
I assume many corrections have been made to the generals' stats and abilities since then, so I was wondering if the leader list had been updated to...
My concrete problem is whether to promote Lyon to 3 stars or not...
According to the leader list there shouldn't be a problem - but I seem to remember reading a thread once where the designer agreed to lower Lyon's initiative if he got promoted beyond 2 stars...
