Any Others with Scope like PON?

It seems that the more recent AGEOD titles are more militarily oriented.
Any others that focus more on development like PON ?

PON is clearly the most 'development oriented' game that we ever did.
2nd to this one, at Ageod, will be our brand new game in making

PON is simply amazing.

One other question while I wait for the new engine game.
After PON (of the previously released games), what would be the game that has the most development / diplomacy options?

Probably Russia Under Siege, but Wars of Napoleon would be a very close second.

Sounds soothing to my nerves. I have enough of those short battle scenarios.
