Is AGESettings.exe applying to ALL currently installed AGEOD games or just the one from which directory it's launched ?

If by games you mean different Titles, such as AJE and EAW, then each game uses its own settings.
If by games you mean different games within a title, such as two CWII games, then yes, they use the same settings.

Yes I meant different titles: actually RUS, TYW, AJE and CW2
