I just checked PBEM section and I don't see much movement there considering number of games. So few players or maybe they are they playing within their close circles? Is it hard for a new(to PBEM) player to find opponent?
Anyway, if someone is interested in TEAW or RUS Gold PBEM, just say

There are players who likes to play with familiar opponents.
