When I posted my last note I'm told a moderator has to look at it before it's posted! What's going on?

I think then by a strange coincidence I noticed for the first time that certain posts are watched with the "last edited by username" link at the bottom of them only to post about it in the wrong forum and see the moderated message.

"General information" (the parent forum of this one) is also moderated, but that's because you aren't supposed to post anything there...
