Diplomacy Open beta!

Dear players,
We just released version 1.06.5, 'Diplomacy Open Beta' onto you! Please help use iron out any quirks so we can have a nice 1.07 patch as soon as possible (in 2020 though).

In a nutshell, you can now make proper peace treaties (with clauses), and have some good bargain with your neighbors
