Can not install the game!!

Dear all
I just bought the game, but when I start the installation I have got this error message :
"Impossible d'ouvrir l'executable de desinstallation pour ecrire : Access to c:\windows\Slitherine\Field of Glory Empires\uninstall.exe was denied.
c:\windows\Slitherine\Field of Glory Empires\uninstall.exe"
