I've noticed that often when moving through enemy provinces the end result is that the enemy loses military control but you gain nothing, thus provinces end up in situations like the original owner having 35 % control and then the 65 % isn't even mentioned in the tooltip. Surely this isn't WAD? Also there are provinces that are partially controlled by one side and partially by the other, but their percentages don't add up to 100.

This should be easily reproduced but I can also upload a save if needed.

You need to station longer than 5 seconds to change military control. And indeed numbers don't add up because there is a 3rd party involved, the "rebels", which takes all unassigned MC

But shouldn't the rebel control be always displayed? It looks weird when the military control tab shows "Sweden 35 %" and then nothing else.

Will check why the tooltip does not account for the 3rd faction, as it is present in all the regions in the DB
