map scroll lag problem solution for those with Windows Defender

I was having a very bad map scroll problem with the game, until I followed the solution suggested by Chrisleko over at the Matrix forum:
added an exception for ecw.exe to Windows Defender
map scroll is now smooth, as in other Ageod games.
