We have released a small patch!

Version 1.01 fixes the scenario selection screen text error, and the load game screen file information display!

Thanks for the information! Installed the patch but when the game is loading, the black sreen still shows ECW 1.00. I tried to reinstall the patch, but it says, that the game is up to date...

Incidentally, I posted a massive copy of an article on the ECW from Britannica 1911 on the Matrix site. I think it is interesting but others may not.

I must admit the inclusion in the game of places like Basing House, Lyme Regis, and Selby and Nantwich just shows how little of my own country's history I know.

Please go to the Matrix site, I feel there is quite a lot of negative feeling towards Ageod games even though they are under the same umbrella.

Gents not a big deal but for next version maybe when you go on QUIT button with the mouse it asks if you want to quit TYW ;>

If you really want to have this 1.01 on your screen after patching it to 1.01, you can do it manually

file is called System.opt
change line
GameVersion = 1.00
to
GameVersion = 1.01
