Hello,

I've just bought the game on steam and although I read here that steam version was updated to 1.01 it is still shown as 1.0 30apr2018 both in game loading screen or credits and in the main log :

How can i be sure that the game is updated, knowing that i tried the pach from your site but it just couldn't find the game (probably because it comes from steam).

Yes, if the game comes from Steam, then they will have the last 'official' version. To have the latest version, you need to have your game independent of Steam. Of course this version does not matter too much. You will miss a few bug fixes, but unless you play pbem, it will be fine to be in the steam update.
You can update a game on Steam, but then it will get rolled back to the official version when they update.
