i just started 1701 Spanish Succesion War.

i dont see siege artilery units avaible for build. Is it valid?

All the ones available are probably already on the map. The French start that scenario with three-four "siege trains" each of which include two or three siege artillery pieces. If you lose one or more of them then you should be able to rebuild them.

A few more become available later in the game. I noticed 2 or 3 more for build around the 90th turn (1708)
