3 Bars next to the unit icon

Guys, i know it is stupit question, yet i need to ask it.
There are 3 bars next to the unit icon
Last of them is Supply - and that as far as i understand shows how big percentege of the maxiumum supply army can carry is carring right now
but what about 2 other bars.
1) Which of them is cohesion, and which is strenght
2) I understand what cohesion can show - percentege of maxiumum cohesen. But what is strenght showing? Percentegae of what?
