Hey, what are the codtions to create walls.
What it brings and how much it costs.

Is it just me or do you guys have a proper pop up window showing the results of certain desiosn ( like cost, time and results)

They can only be used on unfortified (level 0) cities. No window, only a tooltip on the icon on map and a message in the message box when completed

In some decisions, the tooltip text includes:

Title
Explanation
Effects
Cost
Various


In most of them however only:

Title
Explanation
